Orange Line Construction Update - Week of February 8

Major street/lane restrictions for the week of February 8: 

• Irving Convention Center Area: The night of February 9 (9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) the ramp from eastbound 114 to eastbound Northwest Hwy will be closed.  Also, the left lane of eastbound SH 114 will be closed just after the Northwest Hwy split near Holiday Inn.  These closures are required so crews can set the barrier that will create a safe work space for construction of the 114 bridge structure.
  
• Highway 114:  Beginning the week of February 8, restrictions will be present along the left shoulder of eastbound SH 114 just after the Northwest Hwy exit and on the right shoulder of the ramp from eastbound SH 114 to eastbound Northwest Hwy.  This is the split near the Holiday Inn.  The restrictions are required for crews to begin preparing for the 114 bridge structure.
  
• DFW Airport Area: Construction activity is moving into the DFW area the month of February (Belt Line Station area) with geotechnical testing and light clearing activities.
  
• Continued lane restrictions along Lake Carolyn Parkway, Meadow Creek/Green Park, and MacArthur Blvd..
